From 2023 to 2025, I led end-to-end marketing, communications and brand support functions with the purpose of achieving the Company’s strategic and profitability goals.

During that time, I optimized and managed an internal team (of up to 14) to drive growth across 5 states (FL, MA, PA, OH, CT) with 18 retail locations and over 200 points of distribution.

I developed, launched and supported new products across a spectrum of categories, sales channels and regions and was responsible for commercialization strategies and business planning across all markets.
